@misa_misa technicians are people who work on tech like laptops,computers etc.
@K not always, for example med technicians work on developing new medicine, that's why in this story MC and that girl is called technicians. They probably have degree in pharmacy aka creating medicine and ect, but here they are forced to create drugs.
