So I guess you can call him yellow flag 🤷 After experiencing panic attack to the point of loosing memory and having PTSD, it's clear that MC is not capable of giving full consent, because he is not thinking clearly and is too vurnable at the moment. Yes, as readers we know that MC wanted ML even before this, but the fact is that ML doesn't know this detail. However he knew that MC had serious panic attack and is still shaken enough that he can't even sleep and even knowing and understanding all that he still suggested to have s3x as tool to help MC to stop thinking. That's not healthy in any of psychology books.
I know it's not the same, but to give you some sort of example, MC mental condition to give consent in this situation is similar to being drunk or on drugs and giving consent. Or given that this is ABO verse, then MC is in heat aka controlled by pheromones.
Given that 90% of BL are romanticising toxic relationships and r@pe, we should be glad that ML didn't go all the way and stopped, when MC said no. But real green flag wouldn't have even suggested or agreed to have s3x in this situation even if MC begged him.
