He didn't have to do that
But she also shouldn't be so arrogant and think she is better than him, bc even if she didn't want to admit it, her family was at mercy of him
He wasn't mad bc she wanted to be recognized, but bc he was compared to her and trash talked behind his back by the daughter of a family that he helped

@Yuri wasn't she batter tho, before he was possessed, objectively he was worse than almost everyone in terms of achievents and talent

maybe the author changes his mind in the future
but everything we have seen till now says, he was just a bad guy

@IvanTill I had thought of this possibility, my statement remains the same, he was mad he was trash talked behind his back (for what I could see in the panels)

man at this point it is getting kinda repatative, it just feels like the author is white washing his past to just turn him into the miss understood tragic ret***

i'll be really really sad if this was also the case with the researcher he was working with

i like this series
but i just get the feeling, the author is gonna white wash his past as multi layer of  miss understanding's or "you were the bad guy not me"
