@turnip salad I guess the lack of communication. I'm just scrolling without reading anything because they aren't saying anything. They talk in loops. It's an action story, so I know why they aren't just having a sit down at the park, but...it's also a little ???. If the other side has any intelligence at all, have them use their words. Even if what they say isn't great and even if they're all psychos or just incompatible with people, etc. Nul started to bring that premise in and I enjoyed that...but then it just stopped because Sub showed up and this whole mind-control (propagation by proxy maybe???) just isn't doing it for me. It's a little boring.
