The submissive actually holds the most power because they choose to participate, set limits, and can withdraw consent or use a safeword at any time. A healthy dominant's role is to respect those boundaries and prioritize the submissive's well-being, not to control them without consent. Without mutual agreement and ongoing consent, it isn't dom discipline, it's simply abuse.
