Comment on ChapterIf You Hate Me that Much - Chapter 16 : Behind Story 1

Ra** is gross. In every bl I see it I will call it out. Idgaf if it's not "real" I should be able to read boy love without having to check if there's any ra** or abuse in it first. Stop creating a safe space for authors to write ra** and romanticize it for readers. If you were raped in real life you'd probably want to kill yourself. So stop turning a blind eye to it in gay media because people can be influenced by it and what if they go raping theur partner because they thought it was normal? It's not real, but the readers are. Idgaf if you get mad

I do not apologize for anything I say. If you disagree take a large unlubed diIdo and stick it far up your derriere. I do not care

@Kang Woojin Supremacy i do in fact not want to kill myself, on the other hand it is a coping mechanism to read abour fictional characters going through the same. So no, not every bl manga needs it, and not every does. But I enjoy when they include such topics because I can relate and I can accept my SA more. It really is helpful in its own way. So not everyone who reads this and romantizes it are rpe enthusiasts. Lets look at the bigger picture

@Ahoefortartaglia I'm sorry but that's not how it works. I understand coping mechanisms for ra** are different, bit romanticizing it makes you sick. It makes you see ra** as romantic, as relevant, as necessary I'm a cute relationship. That's like the sickest thing ever, from another r a p e victim. I understand relating to such topics but I'm a relationship? How can you tell me in order to come to terms with ra** you prefer to read stories about the main character bring raped and ending up with their rapist happily ever after? I'm sorry but I doubt you've been raped. If you have you can cope, but wanting to end up with your rapist? Romanticizing nonconsensual s**? The trauma? Nah I don't believe you. Just say you love to see people getting raped.
@Kang Woojin Supremacy saying "I'm sorry but I doubt you've been raped" is more fuc*** up than this story. You don't fuc**** know that person and literally could've added more fuc**** trauma by making bullshit assumptions like some armchair psychologist. People like you are why I can't even tell people about my own SA experiences. Fu** off
@Kang Woojin Supremacy ayo??? Sorry to say but ive been r*ped and not lying about it. I cannot perfectly explain how this coping works. But I can tell you that just because this couple ended up happy etc doesnt mean I wished to end up with my rapist. Im not projecting in that way. But thank you for calling me sick. Feels great.
And its not that I actively seek out stories with non-con. I can appreciate cnc for every right reason. It just feels nice not to be alone. Sorry I cant explain it better than that.
@Baschino Yawwwwwwwwn. There's no way as a ra** victim I will believe anyone is a ra** victim when they tell me their way of coping is watching stories with others getting raped and ending up in relationships with their rapists. I find that ridiculous. I have never claimed to be anyone's psychologist. I am not responsible for anyone's mental health on this platform. Stick it up where it counts, I was done with this conversation weeks ago
@Kang Woojin Supremacy I get the feeling that you haven't dealt with it with how angry and insulting you are. I thought I was weird reading some of this stuff but my psychologist told me it's quite normal for SOME ra** victims. Just because people read this stuff doesn't mean they romantacise it, they're just reading it. You don't seem to know any real psychology and seem to want to hurt people if they're not in agreement with you. Any insults in response to this will just affirm to me and many others what I've already said. Hurt people hurt people, easy as that. Stop hurting people and get some proper help.

@Kang Woojin Supremacy He doesn't have some type of mental illness and its his choice whether he wants to be with him or not, their not romanticizing ra** at all. He didnt intentionally ra** him because he wanted to, not everyone gets sexually offended and goes through the same experiences as anyone else .They love reach and he forgave him because he knows that he wasnt intentionally trying to hurt him and if you have a problem with the story stop reading it and quit fighting and forcing your opinion on it. Have perspective and think more deeply before you comment

@Kang Woojin Supremacy I agreed with the ra** being gross part, but telling a victim that you don't believe they went through literal trauma is fuc*** up. You have no right to have ANY opinion in their life. There's no right to believe or not to believe.

Now, apart from that situation,
Your overall statement of normalising it is understandable. Because it shouldnt be, but, in other cases as it being apart of the storyline and progressively getting worse for certain characters can be for understanding and sympathising with the characters, its for understanding the horrors of what these characters go through, its supposed to be an emotional and traumatic rollercoaster for the viewer, only if it isnt romantasized in the end.

(Btw, please just don't squeeze yourself into shi*** places you don't belong, that's their life, concentrate on your own. have a beautiful life ahead, I'm so sorry for the stuff you've gone through, <3)
