Fun fact: Tanjiro was never meant to be placed as a hashira. Why? Even after defeating those lowermoons and upper moons? In order to become a hashira you must and only you defeat a upper/lower moon to become one. But the fact Kyougai was a ex lowermoon so he wasn't a lowermoon anymore so it didn't count while enmu was slowed down by the flame hashira. Tanjiro killed upper 6 because tengen was supporting him making them win. Hantengu (upper 4) with his partners around his body muichiro was with Tanjiro Tanjiro did the final blow but muichiro was (and Genya) parting with him. And upper 3? Let's just say Tanjiro did cut his head but while he was sleeping giyuu took place and slowed his attacks making Tanjiro have a chance. Who killed muzan? The sun. (Kakushi and demon slayers) Tanjiro had been poisoned on the edge of death. In the end. He took place of muzan making him the new king but 5 minutes later he turned back into human.
