Omg how are u confused?? it's not Boem because its Dojoon's brother side story. The guy with black hair is NOT Beom it's another guy that Dojoon's brother had known as a child. So this is their side story.( I don't know if it's Dojoon so correct me if im wrong).

It's not beom tho they kinda look alike, it's probably coral snake's brother's lover
