@Lexum the omega could be on top of, but omegas usually in these stories can't get another pregnant (example: beta/another omega) and beta's can make omegas pregnant too

@Lexum in some cases I’ve seen an omega have a child with another omega, and a beta having one with an omega, never an omega getting an alpha pregnant though. Most stories only alphas can get the omega pregnant too. There’s also the whole alpha turning a beta into a recessive omega and then also having a child then as well.

@Lexum If it's a female alpha then may be they can. But in a lot of stories or novel I heard the rate of female Alpha getting pregnant is very low.

@Lexum idk, I mean men omegas does have a pe***, but men alphas don't have a uterus and I think a female alphas uterus is replaced with a pe***, that's why it pops out when she gets hard like a retractable pen
