@Ade actually nothing he is just in rebellious faze and acting like this cuz this marriage was forced by emperor on him and does not want it  so even though he pity Qiue he still doesn't spare a chance to hurt him...like how does his brain work idk ..I would have still understood it if he really  liked that blondie.....but no.....such a useless reason

@Xehala maybe the prince was jealous of the imperial physician during their childhood .., because based on what I understand , the three of them are friends or shall I say , used-to-be-friends
