Ur is ultra rare 
Sur is super ultra rare 

These ranks are not use widely in any Manga there were only few and fortunately I read them otherwise I also wouldn't understand what these ranks means.

There is one gacha manga where mc was betrayed because everyone one expect him to be master he wasn't so was killed. His ranks are ranked in same way sr, sur ,ur ,ssr etc...
