I remember Ash gave a small hint about liking Karlyle's brother (when he found out he was gonna have a baby), so I don't know if he likes Karlyle now or if he's just living the moment

Yeah it was Nick, and at the beginning he said he's just doing that with Karly cause Nick asked him to.

@kkkiiii it's not his brother. Ash and nick (Kyle'e husband) were together before he met Kyle I believe. Or it's implied they had a sexual relationship before.
