Hello if anyone doesn't understand the cutsleeve part its a way of suggesting or calling someone is gay. An emperor had a lover who was army general. After the emperor and his lover slept together and the emperor woke up his lover was sleeping on his sleeve. Trying not to wake him the emperor cut his sleeve and quitely left the room. Since then its been a methaphor for gay love to be more exact male gay love. So basically in this sense we can see the original owner of the body is probably gay.
