Eun Tak looks confused here, but didn't Doo Jae told him that he has insensitivity? He can be clueless at time like this, the least he could do was explain why he got mad and tell him to not do it again.

Yes, in the fan sub I read in another language he tells him he has a specific psychological issues and has always been like that. He doesn't "feel" normally, so he doesn't know how to act. Thats why it doesn't make sense for him to say these things
