@odessa I don't honestly think that is the case..
He isn't a manipulator, he's misunderstood.
Ever since he was young he has to kill someone in order to live, causing him to feel lonely.
Of course, lonely because people would be afraid to get near him including his mother.
He genuinely wants someone there to take good care of him, someone who's there for him.
He probably felt relief knowing he has someone there to have know his real identity and still staying loyal and taking good care of him.
