Comment on ChapterJinx - Chapter 77
I don't see how the simple facts that Dan accepted the intimacy in exchange for money and that Joo's backstory was sad and traumatic automatically make y'all think Joo's behavior is okay. Like, sure, it explains his actions, but it will never excuse them. Plus, Dan also has a sad backstory, but you don't see him going around pushing people's boundaries and using people in ways that cross lines like Joo does to him. Reading the comments makes me think y'all are incapable of seeing Joo for what he is or you all simply don't care. anime sticker

@KinokoTvT no ones justifying anything, joo jaekyung had a very messed up and abusive childhood while Kim Dan had a loving grandma tho things were still messed up, Ik it doesn't justify his behaviour or anything but raised in a place like that with no therapy or a loving environment I think he just has anger, hate and pain to give out just the way he was given. He's a good guy he just doesn't know how to express it anyway I think Kim Dan is a wimp ( sorry not sorry 🫣)

JANNIIFERRR hush 😭 you literally proved my point and missed it at the same time. You’re clearly a Joo defender because you keep bringing up his childhood to soften his behavior like everyone else — and that’s fine, I get liking him, he’s an a-hole to me but he is trying and getting better. But comparing their childhoods like “Dan had a loving grandma so it wasn’t that bad” is wild. He was still dealing with nonstop violence, poverty, and trauma. A loving grandma doesn’t cancel all that out. And calling Dan a “wimp” is crazy when he’s literally the one surviving everything and handling his emotions healthier than anyone else in the story.
@KinokoTvT I get Ur point but they had an agreement and all. It annoyed me how Kim Dan just went along with everything bro can't even speak up for himself. I thought with all that he went thru he'll stand his ground and I never said I liked joo jaekyung. The hate is just too much and ridiculous for a fictional character.anyway I believe the author knows what they're doing
