As Season 2 progresses to Chapter 2 now, Lerusha had planned to escape the city with Lianne Vinter back then, but he refuses now when Lianne asks him to because he doesn't want to leave Alexei behind. So, I guess he chose Alexei as his omega after all 🤗. Cheer up!
