@Sky No, it was a dude, he got to the community/town that was in the mountains and I think there was a war or something, i don't remember but the issue was that there were a lot of people with wounds that needed a doctor but then there were these two that he HAD to operate at the same time because if he operated one then the other would die and as there were no other doctor he had to do it alone, with no nurse and with the basic operation tools.

Also, he wasn't in a hospital, it was literally an old house that he used as his "hospital".
