@LuffyIsGay yes he did train. But for your clarification he is weilding the powers which manifest as tattoos for not his whole life compared to his enemies. Please do not forget that. He simply compensated a few years in the asura plane training in the time orb for a 'few years' and another part of his time doing other training. He does not wield his power to an extent asother asuras do.
