@Chaos Use vapes. It's how everyone I know quit including myself. Vapes also aren't bad all the so called studies saying they're bad are funded by the tobacco industry and the US government which gets paid by big tobacco for each tax payer their cigarettes kill each year. Google it it's an actual law they make money off of people dying from cigarettes they don't want us to quit. So they have vilified vaping brainwashing the public through propaganda that it is even worse that smoking. Thats the line they are using now isn't it? Yeah well it's not it's actually much less harmful and and is a very effective way to quit. That's why they want to ban it and get rid of it but they want to keep cigarettes around. So again my friend don't listen to the propaganda and try a vape it will save your life (literally
