I love the fact that the characters had so much depth to them. They both were growing together a little at a time after they first meet. Also, they grew even more apart, yet still trusted each other to the fullest of their abilities to come back together. They were not stuck in their past, unable to move forward. I also love this story art style, simply beautiful.
