Chapter 104

I wonder if it's because of censorship that they toned it down. Would've been nice to have it as detailed as the novel. Because this toned down version definitely lowered the impact of the situation.

It would have been more impactful if they drew the scene where Cesar tightly pulls Ruby's hair while she was bleeding a lot from the shattered mirror and Cesar's beating. Izek catching Cesar in that moment and seeing how severely hurt Ruby is from Cesar's hands would have been an epic sight to see drawn -- primarily because we would easily empathize with Izek's strong desire to protect Ruby at all costs from hereon.<br /><br />Nevertheless, I am glad that Izek is now at Ruby's side. I can't wait to see Cesar all beaten up and non-existent in her life! <img src="https://rx.rzyn.net/stickers/bunny/49.webp" class="sticker" alt="bunny sticker" loading="lazy" />
