@sosocrates them having the same colour hair can be explained through some means. One of them is that white hair is the domimant trait that the family has. But this is unlikely as recessive genes would still be present. Another one is due to them having a high amount of mana, even if they don't have magic currently, or due to the high amount of mana that the ancestor had. That one is plausable. And lastly, the family may be blessed by gods, spirits or something similar that affects them by making them stronger ect and as a side effect they get that white hair instead. It doesn't necessarily have to be a side effect, though, it could be a symbol of power bestowed upon them. Those are just some thoughts, going from what I think is least likely, to most.
