Doesn't matter what you & your nosey child think is true. Does not give anyone the right to not only talk down to someone else (who you actually don't even know.) Nor does it give you the right to physically touch HIS stuff regardless of whether you think he stole it or not. WHAT authority would you or your minor son have over anyone else? Would you walk into a jail with actual convicted criminals and start knocking their stuff on the ground because you suspected they stole it? I know at least in the US, retail workers can even physically see someone stealing and still aren't supposed to touch or chase after the person stealing. Why? Because it's a liability and safety issue. They are supposed to report it to the proper people who actually have the authority to investigate and arrest. Now if he had personally stole your own lunch box then by all means, defend your stuff. But even if he did steal it what would that possibly have to do with you or your big headed spawn? She's just embarrassed that her son got his a** whooped after trying to be the big bad bully on top. Tell your offspring to not be a busy body getting into others face/business when he can't even fight. I hope Mujin comes in and absolutely embarrasses you and your kid.
