@Krita because he wasn't? He betrayed the camp and escaped, started working as a mercenary, got to know the major and as he regained his memories the soldiers helped him get home

@kokodayo I think we was asking about before betraying. What was the camp ? It's not mercenary, not an army, so what is it ?
