@replyer I just don't like when they make siblings gay sometimes I agree but not this story. I'd like to see the brother deal with mental health without the need of a lover 2 overcome it

I guess his mental issue started when he was all alone after that accident (coz his parents death + lil brothers hospitalization)
Even he and his lil brother's relationship is good, they both don't communicate much. That's why he doesn't know that his lil brother can't travel by bus or lil brother don't know his elder brother smoke.
That's why the elder brother need someone who can understand him, someone at his age by his side inorder to heal his loneliness and regain his mental health
