@Plantuminium actually no one know because her form is still like the baby lizard not a dragon that why she is not recognized as a dragon yet

@Phantom Ocean then when her siblings was in her age they already have have those scales and wings? And didnt look like a lizard

@Plantuminium she is the only one who is able to transform into a dragon so is the first time that they have seen a baby dragon, normally if i remember correctly they are only born with abilities similar to that of a drangon
