Been wondering about this for a while but are these black smudges on their skin suppose to be tattoos?

@Homosexualitea In a previous ep it was explained that when you find your soul mate they will transform into a design of some sort. More like a birthmark awaiting it's final form. ☺️
@Akuma yess, and I've been so conscious of it eversince it was explained. I wanted to know when, where, how, and what it will look like once it changed hehe!

@Andromeda How do you accept someone as your soulmate? Isnt it something that is predetermined? Kind of like a fated pair.
