The translation is good. I don't understand why people have a problem with it?
The coffee beans sacks delivered to the cafe guy was the wrong delivered (according to him), but there was actually drugs in it which belonged to the black-coat guy who came in with fake cops earlier, and then those fake cops came in later to pick up those drugs (coffee beans sacks).
The black coat guy finds the cafe guy interesting and asks him to date him in exchange for not killing the cafe guy because the cafe guy now knows that this man is dealing with drugs.
Why did the cafe guy cough up blood?
Last chapter, there were words "money", "thorn", "death", etc. on the floor and he being supernatural, picked up those words and smashed it in his palms.
When the black-coat guy kissed him, the cafe guy put his hand (which he used to smash the "words" like "death") on his mouth to try to stop the black-coat guy from kissing him.
Imagine, if your hands were wet and you put your hand on someone's mouth, wouldn't their mouth get wet too?
So when the cafe guy put his hand on his mouth, the smashed words residual thingy kinda rubbed off on the black-coat guy's mouth, and when he kissed him again, the residual went inside the cafe guy's mouth and he swallowed it with the "gulp".
"Death" is considered a poisonous word, right? I mean, we all know it's a bad word, right? So that was the word he smashed before putting his hand on the black-coat guy's mouth.
Do y'all get it now?
