I think both Ghost and human manager are linked to each other. When Ghost harassing mc, human manager somehow see the whole thing through dream. That's why, human manager got curious about mc now.

@Jannatul Jame THIS ^. How else would he have seen the inside of Kiyoon's apartment and dreaming of ghost-Kiyoon? It would also explain the manager's concern about Kiyoon's sickness in S1 after the ghost bent him over the first time. He even asked himself if "it" happened last night.

@Jannatul Jame Also want to add that the ghost may be distorting what the manager sees based on chapter 32 and what the manager says here about Kiyoon crying while exposing his body. The Kiyoon the manager dreams about may be the one coming on strong/demanding/needy.
