I may be reading this abit too fast, but...
He said he protected her virtue, but he also give her abortion medicine if she ever be with child.
Did something happen between them or not?

but since the idea of having a child makes her in such state he promised if she's ever pregnant he will help he get rid of it

@Mrs Yohan Go i think they meant that they didn't do the deed which is why he said he protected her virtue, and that he'd help her get rid of a pregnancy if the other brother ever were to deside to do the deed with her in the future and she ends up pregnant
