@fara too bad in most toxic red flag stories like this it mostly ends with either the uke developing some kind of stockholme syndrome/be dead inside then forgives/stays with the top or ends with an open ending that will most likely them being together. But the uke successfully being free by "offing" himself is very rare only so far there is one (Burns) but it is a short story, you know short stories...
