@Acid sun then if someone's parent's are doctor then is it inbreed too ?🤣 Here fl ,ml both has magic , one is noble , one commoner , it maybe inherited from fl's mother or ml's parent , but that doesn't make them sibilings . It could be either arranged or love marrige .

@Masami what does the doctor thing mean? One is a profession while magic is a genetic trait that existed only in one family as the story says, since its said that as time went on it apperead less and less its probably a recessive trait and how do you make a recessive trait more consistant you pick 2 people with the same trait but oh wait this specific trait only runs in one family i wonder how nobles famous for marrying their cousin to keep their bloodline clean would do that.
