Let me say it in another way since somehow you read and entirely different sentence then what I typed.

Nobody said it's the same manhwa, people are saying that they came here after seeing that kdj was featured in the manhwa. It's literally the same thing as people reading the ORV novel after seeing that Jaehwan was featured in the ORV novel.
If you're asking why people are saying "I came FROM ORV" it's because the person that made ORV made TWATF. It's like watching a show with a celebrity, finding out they're in another show, and watching the other show because you like the original show the celebrity was in. The dots are connected.
