Hate is a tool, and it usually comes from manipulation...by govt, media, leaders, or fake religion or some history as weapons. (real religion teaches love and respect.. not hate)
Why do they manipulate....
Because politics runs on power and survival. Nations are competitive...sometimes as rivals, sometimes as friends in public but poision inside there head.. reason are often transaction based on resources, money, or strategic benefit. When that benefit ends, so does the friendship.
AND
The most powerful weapon TO break there tie is not missile....it’s people.
A missile will destroys a target, but billions of manipulated people can carry hate forward for generations. and that hate can poison entire societies more deeply than war itself or sometimes.. start a war...
Where does this politics hide?
Not just between countries, but inside communities, fake religions, even families. Whenever someone missuse truth to control others, that’s politics.

In short, cycle of manipulation → hate → division= politics..
