@Zain Japanese host clubs in the level of his generally use willing male/female hosts. Joona on the other end unfortunately got Pilwoon who trafficked him. Low level club in Japan that are not properly hostess/host club (where having a sponsor who pay for s** is totally up to the person and they take all the money) but more prostitution places unfortunately use foreign females as s** slaves.
