Listen first of it isn't her fault that these dangerous accident always happen. Obviously she's gonna feel scared because she suffers from ptsd obviously she's gonna have some reaction. Overall she suffers from anorexia, so basically when she faints it's cuz she is literally thin because she can barely eat anything, also the writer decided that ruby a character in a Novel who's also a villainess is not very loved by all people in there.
