@alexabeaux I agree with everything! I have no doubts about Ian's feelings. I'm convinced that even if he miraculously ended up with Jo, he wouldn't stop thinking about Tj. I'm more concerned that people consider Tj x Ian a toxic relationship. And it's like you said, it took them a long time to sit down and talk things out loud. So, to me, it's a healthy, slowly developing relationship. Nothing more. (Still ignoring the gangster scene)
