@LoveIsADelusion I think the action figures are mentioned twice. Once in the first episode, and then later when they show the MC at his apartment and you can actually see the figures.
In the first chapter, though, he's shown with a friend who says he looks like a main character. I think that's what leads him to start collecting them. Or maybe he was already collecting them and just thinks to himself that he doesn't want to look like a main character.
Something along those lines, anyway. My memory's a little fuzzy on the details. 😅
