Yes, actually the mc his an assh****. But we litteraly just told him gens about to die ! He's feeling himself dying little by little, day by day.
The pain can twist your brain AND he's on médication that could have side effect.
I think unconsciously he's trying to drift off of his relationships by being an a** but when everything hurt too much still can't resist himself to seel comfort to the ml.
Have a little empathy for the mc has much as you have for the ml (or the sister)
