@Koiji Mandoza I agree and I honestly thing there's some miscommunication happening here, I don't think what I said it's absolute, I just firmly believe that media, say manga, manhwa, movies, series, anime tend to over do the mean girl trope and I find it incredibly annoying. I agree that there are hierarchies when it comes down to social interactions between women and between men. I was just mentioning that in my experience with that age group is not as prevalent as these stories want to make it seem like. I don't wanna get into how mean boys are towards each other because for what I've seen boys are sneaky as s*t and if you notice a lot of these stories portray the boy as just chill but immature and it's never these backstabbing trope that they love to do with girls, that's what i find particularly annoying, like yeah there's parts of human nature that suck and make us petty but I think if what they're trying to portray is all the flaws in human nature they could also show the boy being jerks not just the girls. That's mainly my beef, I am not foolish enough to believe that there aren't mean people out there, I'm too old to be so naive, but also I am speaking from my experience as a teacher of that age range and as someone that went to an all girls school from primary to high school.
I honestly hope that explains my stance better and I made myself clear that I don't believe my opinion to be absolute and it might have been something you read into.
