I really do Not understand this beta omega thing

example:
male omega: they can get pregnant
male beta:they are like normal people who can't get pregnant
 
omegas can get very weak or out of control if an alpha release there pheromones 

beta can't smell alphas pheromones 
and they can't detect IIf the person is an omega or alpha. but they can detect it by there ♢looks♢

omega can get wet easyly but beta is not like that 

if I have mistakensomething please correct it!
