When Shan, Tia's mom left her hometown (south) to find and meet Gallahan whom she met in her dreams (she can see her future through dreams) she brought bomnia plant in a pot which she held very carefully all throughout her journey to Lombardi.And when Shan went to the Imperial Palace with Gallahan, she secretly planted the seeds of Bomnia which later on healed Gallahan, it wasn't the regular seeds hence the bomnia flowers at the imperial palace bloom twice a year.
