yeahh you can login with your email/other social media for chatting apps like kakaotalk and line (which are mostly used in korea i believe)

In the last chapter it was mentioned Kang Woojin gave Haekhyung a phone

Woojin bought him a new phone

I know woojin got him new phone..l was Lil bit confused because he lost his no too...so i believed they must have contacted him through social media
