From what she's said in the previous chapter, and as some people in the comments for that one pointed out, I'm sure that Yen-Woo just feels threatened by Woo-H** as someone who can sna*** Kang Ji-Ho at any moment if she wishes so, and therefore is marking her territory to try and secure her position. It actually makes sense from Yen-Woo point of view when you see how Ji-Ho treats Woo-H** with preferential treatment which she doesn't show towards anyone else.

@NoelleSilva Which doesn't make a whole lot of sense. If Yeonwoo sunbae truly wanted Jiho all to herself and make sure Woohui or any other girls had no chance of stealing her, she'd agree to date Jiho for real in the first place rather than asking to be s** buddies only.
Whilst her motivation is unclear, I somehow doubt it's that clear-cut obvious the sunbae is jealous of Woohui and feels threatened by her. It would be so cliche and boring if that was the case. Not every romance story needs a villain to be an obstacle for the couple...
So rather than thinking Yeonwoo is intentionally provoking Woohui to be spiteful towards her, maybe she's actually trying to help her instead. Her method may be questionable but if it gets Woohui to finally stop hiding in the closet and come out with her desires then all well ends well meaning I suppose.

@Sena Well we'll see if I'm wrong or not, so far he has only fulfilled his role as an antagonist, very predictable, of course perhaps his intentions are still a mystery and we don't know his purpose as such, but so far it is being as I predicted, and The fact that he doesn't propose to Jiho to have a relationship has nothing to do with his jealousy and possessiveness, maybe it's just like that, he lost his partner (she died) and he still hasn't been able to heal or overcome that, therefore She's not interested in having a relationship beyond s** with Jiho, but that doesn't mean she can't be territorial with her, they have fun, and that's more than enough. And yes, he definitely enjoys teasing Woohui, I even thought he wouldn't do it yet, since Woohui, apart from the fact that he hasn't even asked himself yet, what he feels or what's wrong with Jiho (we assume, as I read below in the comments, is thanks to her expressions, which are obvious) Yeonwoo noticed it even better than herself, so there are both possibilities, whether it's out of jealousy and envy (like she said, she's envious of woohui) or just because he likes to tease her.
@NoelleSilva I don't think it's fair to call the sunbae an antagonist either. Because nothing that's shown so far, actually proves she's one. I mean if Yeonwoo knows with certainty that Jiho and Woohui are madly in love with one another, and she's actively opposing them from getting together, then yes, I'd agree that would make her a villain for doing so. However, neither Jiho nor Woohui has made their intentions as clear as daylight they see each other as more friends and wish to date each other. Even now whenever she questions Jiho about Woohui, Jiho keeps acting like there's totally nothing between her and Woohui at all.
It would be so da** ridiculous in the highest order if Yeonwoo ends up turning clingy and possessive for Jiho, considering she's the one who insisted on having this friends-with-benefits relationship, meaning she shouldn't have any complaints if and when Jiho decided to move on. And I'd go a step further and say she'll be a massive hypocrite if she's harming Woohui intentionally out of jealousy, proving she's no better than those high school classmates who tried to bully her in the past. He**, she would be the same as her mother, who's controlling and abusive.
We'll have to wait and see. Somehow I don't think Yeonwoo is ultimately an antagonist or villain like others think she is. Like Seriously FR, this story doesn't need this cliche, bad person who's out to make life difficult for the would-be couple. I mean Jiho has already made things difficult for herself, thinking Woohui is still straight. And of course, Woohui isn't exactly helping herself either by being confused about her sexuality. With all of these factors in mind, you don't need extra complications by adding a villain to the mix.

@Sena I will come back and repeat, I will see if I am wrong or not, it is the same to say if it is or not, it is rushed, this is a love triangle, and I take a bit of an example from wdtfs, seju evolved as a character, but there was a point in the story where he was an antagonist and played tricks on Sumin, ok maybe this is not relevant, it's another story, but it comes from the same author, where there are already certain similarities, what I'm saying is that Yeonwoo probably plays dirty at the beginning (I already I see it coming) we already saw his first play, with what intention did he do it? envy? like I mentioned before, or to help Woohui? This last one gave me a little doubt, but maybe it's possible. Or he just sees her confusion and not ending something with Jiho in a fun way, and she's just having fun, but I doubt that too, without drama there's no story, and if Gaji's team is good at something, they're creating dramas. This is still barely moving forward, so we'll see what will be and what won't. Maybe the character can act in many ways, not necessarily in a cliché or predictable way, we will see what her next move will be, but there will be drama and she will surely have something to do with it, she will surely do more questionable things later, or maybe not.
@Sena We can draw theories, but not conclusions, it's still very rushed, the story is just taking flight and barely moving forward, because until now we keep seeing the same thing over and over again, we definitely don't know Yeonwoo's purpose, just imagine it in different ways, You one way, I another, and so on with each person, I will see if I am wrong in their character or not. I don't know about Woohui, maybe she doesn't move forward alone (in terms of her feelings) or maybe through this move that Yeonwoo made, maybe she reacts in some way, Woohui is reserved and not very expressive (words and thoughts) but her expression on her face says it all, and yes, they mention it in the comments and it's true, they judge Jiho as a bad character, when we haven't seen much of her yet, except what she has shown so far, which I agree no He is the most striking thing (the character) that the gaji team has created, but even saying that it is hasty, perhaps his character can surprise us.
@Sena And if I agree on that point that Jiho and Woohui have too many complications around them, adding Yeonwoo to one of them is already too much, but unfortunately it will be like that, or that Jiho will actually be the real villain? Why don't you know how to choose one of them? Well, just read the synopsis that already gives you an idea of what it is about, and no, the synopsis on this page is not the official one, the official synopsis is on toppytoon, the official page where they upload the translation in English, as at the end it says: Which of them will have the key to his heart? I mean, the Gaji team sold us another love triangle, and we already know more or less what they are about, just as I mentioned, it's all just theories, without conclusions. We'll see what's good and what's not.
@NoelleSilva well that's a long text😅!maybe YeonWoo is acting ambiguous, not 100% as antagonist just a 50% but with another intentions within, like proving something, the limits using s** with Jiho to see what WooHui would do about it,she feels envy towards her,but said the real reason why?no! that's up to the next episodes, right now the main thing is to make WooHui jealous and reactive to make Jiho see what's really going on, which she might really figured out late🤦🤦
