It should have continued for a bit more then ended in a good way
Now it's bound to be a cr** season 2, full of misunderstandings and bait chapters like Jia's past those shady characters
Remember that "remembering the past arc" that turned everything upside down? introduced characters out of nowhere that LEAD nowhere?
There was so much forced drama for literally nothing, everyone was enjoying the usual days but out of nowhere Jin gets completely cut off from the story and barely has any interaction with Jia, doesn't get any screentime and almost every chapter in that stupid arc always ended with a bait...oh no was there a fling? was there mystery was there...absolute cr** no one wanted
I think season two is going to focus much more on that, it's gonna introduce characters that are gonna mess-up the wholesome with cheap drama and misunderstandings and cause a bunch of unnecessary for the marriage
