So basically mc works for the mafia and he had a little brother (not blood related) who he is in love with ig. but the brother doesnt like him back. (it seems like he hates him.) And the mc thinks the ml is dating this omega that is threatining someone in the mafia. its a bit early but I think its going to alpha x alpha.  - here's a little run down from what i just read from someone comment hope this helps.
