It was going well where the s** was also consensual.. they went to a hotel during one of ml's celebrity activity. So mc went out to buy cake for ml during that time but ml had a misunderstanding regarding mc and thought that mc had run away from him. And he went all crazy searching throughout the city for him. And when mc came back, he snapped and raped him quite roughly.. after that it was revealed why ml is the way he is (he can't feel emotions like normal people do) so mc understands him and they try to work out their relationship. But alot of things happened but you should read this by keeping in mind that ml is mentally different but he really does care for mc altho in somewhat twisted way but he doesn't physically hurt him. Lol I feel like I spoiled too much
