here's an answer from google to your remark:
No. It just changes the service you are using to look up the IP address corresponding to a domain name. You still get to the same websites, no matter what DNS service you are using. Some DNS services do a better job of preventing you from reaching potentially malicious websites. 
See... it is even good for you it blocks the malicious pop ups! UwU
