No guys, you need to check again. There's a white urn inside the shrine meaning his mom's body was cremated. Most Koreans prefer cremation than burial that's why we didn't see a coffin. Or maybe when her body was found it was unrecognizable, not for public viewing, so they chose cremation.

@Pooh It could also just be an empty urn
@Aoiharuakaiito could be but that doesn't mean she's still alive. It's possible they didn't found the body after months of searching and pronounced her dead. Also, before they went to the sea Pado asked his mom if she's in good condition to go with them hinting she's sick. It's impossible to survive in the sea in her condition.
